His business interests, span across strategic sectors of Nigerian economy, viz; Oil &Gas, Construction, IT infrasture & Facilities management, Telecommunications, Financial Services and General Engineering Contracting.

He holds first degree in Business Administration & Management, and MBA in Banking and Finance. Member of various professional bodies. Happily married with children. He is also a humanitarian, actively involved in philanthropic and charity works.

Osita holds first degree in Finance, and MBA in Business Administration & Management. He is an accomplished Chartered Accountant. He has attended several Leadership Programs & Courses both locally and abroad. He is a banker with remarkable achievements in Financial, Operations and business development with over 20 years in the banking industry.

He was a key member of management in Zenith Bank Plc, where he played significant role in financial control, vision and strategy for Growth.

His banking experience span across financial control, auditing, operations, business strategy and compliance/regulation. Upon retiring from the bank, he is creating value to organized private sector, deploying technology to drive Enterprise/ operations risk mgt framework culture in business.

He is a member of various professional bodies. Married with children, in addition with his personable personality, he is involved in charity works.

Sir, Ikechukwu Obeleagu (KSM)

He has over 20 years Financial Industry Experience. His career trajectory has been through Ecobank, defunct African Express Bank (AFEX), Universal trust Bank (UTB) and Union bank Plc respectively. He has gained extensive exposures in the areas of banking operations, credit analysis and administration, risk management, business development, relationship management, strategic management, human resources management and change management through job experience, supported by various development and leadership programs & courses. Prior to joining Abtaj Capital Ltd Group, he was a Regional Area Manager in Ecobank Nig Ltd. He has a degree in Business Admin, and MBA, in Banking & Finance.

Iyke has attended many development and leadership courses, both locally and abroad. He is a member of many professional bodies & associations. He is married with children. He plays tennis and actively involved in Philanthropic and charity works.

Lawrence S. Oko-Jaja is a Senior Partner of Bukie Peter Obi & Associates and the Principal/Founding partner of Lawrence S. He is a 1985 Graduate of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, and was called to the Lawrence S. Oko-Jaja is a senior partner of Bukie P. Obi & Associates and the Principal/Founding partner of Lawrence S. Oko-Jaja & Co., one of the partner firm of Bukie Peter Obi & Associates in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Martin O. Bisong, is the Head of Chambers in Bukie Peter Obi & Associates. He holds a law honors degree from University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He began apprenticeship as a litigator under the auspices of Peter Obi. His legal career has spanned over 10 years in which he has gained experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Debt Recoveries and litigation practice in various levels of Courts in Nigeria. He also has experience/expertise in the area of commercial law, Company Law, especially as it relates to searches, perfection of documents, filings, registration and Litigation practice and Property.

Outside the ambit of the legal profession he serves as the Secretary of Safe Wheels Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organization, involve in enlightening the public on safe use of the wheels and/or roads, providing legal services for indigent victims of road accidents etc.

Bibiana Anagu, is a Counsel in the Firm of Bukie Peter Obi & Associates. She graduated from the Ebonyi State University, in 2014 and was called to the Bar in 2015. She has over 5 years post graduation working experience in different sectors spanning over oil and gas, educational, and financial sector. With her experience in sales, relationship management and customer service, she adds value to the company by increasing her client base through strategic business development while ensuring compliance with various regulatory authorities.

 

Dike Ugomma Julia – (Protocol / Admin)

Miss Julia is a highly motivated individual with a diploma in computer sciences and an OND in mass communication. She has over 4 years post graduation working experience in the judicial sector. She has successfully gained experience and carried out various administrative and secretarial functions. She performs the functions of a protocol / admin officer while contributing to the smooth running of operations.
